Creating Bookopolis Accounts with ClassLink

For schools and districts that use ClassLink, teachers and librarians can sign up for Bookopolis via ClassLink. Accounts for educators and your students will be created using your ClassLink log in credentials.

Here are the steps:

  1. Have your District/School Tenant Administrator:
    • Click ClassLink Management Console and add Bookopolis.
    • Click Roster Server, search App library for Bookopolis and add to Roster Server. Be sure to select appropriate permissions based on what schools/classes should have access to Bookopolis. ClassLink suggests using “Rules-Based” permissions and adding the appropriate “if, then” statements.
    • Make sure Bookopolis is “Enabled” in your App Roster so Bookopolis will receive the appropriate API to create accounts for educators and students.
    • Open Global App Library and add Bookopolis to Local Library.

2. Educators (teachers or librarians) can now SIGN UP for Bookopolis either directly from Bookopolis.com or from your ClassLink console. When you create a Teacher account in Bookopolis via ClassLink, we will automatically create your Bookopolis Classes and accounts for all students in those classes based on your ClassLink roster. Student roster data will be updated every time you Log In to Bookopolis via ClassLink in the future.
